Shipping & Delivery
We ship throughout Canada and dispatch orders from our Canadian fulfilment point. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typical Canadian delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch. United States shipments generally take 5–10 business days. Please note we do not deliver to PO boxes.
Returns & Warranty
Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The customer covers return postage unless we explicitly agree otherwise. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect returned items; allow up to 7 days for refund processing. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. After the 30-day period, products remain protected under the limited warranty: knives, flatware, dinnerware and wood items are covered for manufacturing defects for life; cookware carries a one-year warranty for manufacturing or coating defects. Warranty decisions are made based on the documentation you provide.
