Ordering & Processing
Orders are normally processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery timeframes for Canada are typically 3–7 business days after processing; U.S. deliveries commonly take 5–10 business days. We do not ship to PO boxes. Product descriptions are prepared to be accurate; for definitive specifications, please review the individual product listing or contact support.
Pricing, Payments & Shipping Charges
All prices shown on product listings are in the local currency of the checkout. Shipping for standard domestic deliveries within Canada is provided at no charge. Original shipping charges are not eligible for refund in the event of returns, unless explicitly stated by kilne Store. Taxes and duties are applied where required by law.
Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Customers may return qualifying items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price; return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless we agree otherwise. Returned items must be in resalable condition unless the return is for a defect. Refunds are generally processed within 7 days of receipt and inspection of the returned goods. The store offers limited warranty coverage after the return window: knives, flatware, dinnerware and wood products are covered against manufacturing defects for life; cookware is covered against manufacturing and coating defects for one year. Warranty eligibility requires proof of purchase and applies only to purchases made from kilne Store in Canada.
Exclusions & Liability
The warranty and return provisions do not cover damage due to misuse, normal wear, improper care, commercial use, or items purchased from unauthorized sellers. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages beyond what is required by applicable consumer law. Any refund or replacement is subject to verification and approval by kilne Store.
