30-Day Return Window

Returned merchandise should be in a condition that allows for resale unless the return is for a verified defect.
Return Shipping & Refunds
Return shipping is normally paid by the customer. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds for the product price are processed; please allow up to 7 days after receipt for the refund to be completed. There is no restocking fee for approved returns.
Defects, Replacements & Warranty Claims
If you received a damaged or defective item, report it as soon as possible with photos and order details to [email protected]. Defective items may need to be returned for inspection; we will advise on the appropriate next steps once we review your submission. After the 30-day return period, product protection continues under our limited warranty: knives, flatware, dinnerware and wood products have lifetime coverage for manufacturing defects; cookware carries a one-year warranty for manufacturing defects and coating performance issues. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and are subject to verification.
Exceptions & Final Sale Items
Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return; mystery or surprise-box style items are final sale. If you purchased through another retailer, returns and warranty requests must be handled through that retailer directly.
